Q: How do I get information about SSC Chapter Three?

A: Follow Sai Summer Cookout online (Instagram + TikTok) for updates + information. You can also sign up here to be notified on all things SSC3, including when early bird tickets drop, the lineup, and more!

Q: Where will the cookout be This year? And when?

A: We're headed to H-Town! We're pulling up to Houston, TX on Sunday August 31st, 2025 for year three. It's our biggest one yet--don't miss it!

Q: I purchased a ticket, am i good to go?

A: Yep! A conformation email means you're locked in. Tickets are transferable (see ticket policy for details).

Q: I submitted a vendor inquiry, what’s next?

A: Thanks for applying! Selected vendors will be contacted via email, make sure to check your spam just in case!

Q: I’m not 18 yet, can I still slide?

A: Nope! This event is strictly 18+, don't make us have to call ya mama. IDs will be checked at the door, please bring a valid form of government issued identification.

Q: I brought a ticket but can’t make it anymore, can I get a refund? 

A: All ticket sales are final. You are definitely welcome to gift or transfer your tickets to someone else, though! 

Q: What’s the bag policy?

A: For the safety + enjoyment of all attendees, only clear bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC are permitted (12"x6"x12"). Small clutch bags are also allowed (4.5"x6.5"x2"). Exceptions will be made for necessary medical items (please note that all items are subject to inspection prior to entry).  

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to*:

  • Bags larger than 4.5"x6.5"x2"
  • Coolers
  • Briefcases
  • Diaper bags
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs*
  • Cinch bags 
  • Seat cushions
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags
  • Camera bags
*Fanny packs are permissible, please make sure they are clear

Q: Can I bring my camera?

A: Cameras + professional media equipment are prohibited (see below).

Q: I want to cover this event, can I get a media pass?

A: Heads up! Media passes are invite-only this year. If you didn't receive a direct invite, we'll catch you in the crowd!
